The application reads your actual machine

Rigmint shows available Windows and game measurements and guidance on selected settings. You can compare observations and comparable measurement runs. A difference between runs alone does not establish a cause or a performance gain from a particular change.

The Microsoft Store page is not publicly available yet. It will be published manually after certification; until then there is no public installation route.

Only an installation path trusted by Windows

Rigmint no longer offers a public unsigned direct download. The first public route uses the Microsoft-reviewed and signed Store package.

What it shows you

Processor, graphics card, memory, display and Windows state directly from the system instead of guessed.
FPS and indications of unusual measurement windows for detected games, where the measurement method supplies values.
GPU temperature, clock and power with an NVIDIA driver. Only nvidia-smi hands out those values as measurements.
A pre-game check with guidance on selected settings. The check establishes neither that the PC is fault-free nor that a particular performance gain will result.
Offered Windows changes with a preview of starting and target values. Before applying the change, RigMint reads the current value again, saves it and offers an undo attempt followed by a check.
A fair before/after comparison of equivalent game sessions and a local performance report.

What it explicitly does not do

It does not count problems. A power plan set to Balanced is a state, not a fault.
You confirm manual changes individually. A separately enabled session mode can switch the power plan automatically for detected games and then attempt to restore it. A successful restoration is reported only after the check.
It does not promise percentages. What is measured is shown as a measurement. What is calculated is shown as a calculation.
It does not hold back behind a paywall anything it has already measured.
It does not invent missing sensor data. CPU temperature remains empty without an additional kernel driver; GPU temperature appears only with an NVIDIA driver, and stays empty on AMD and Intel cards.

What your machine needs

Windows 10 or Windows 11.
A 64-bit Windows. There is no separate 32-bit or ARM build.
Microsoft Store manages installation and later updates.
About 131 MB package size, measured on the Store test build from 13 August 2026.
An internet connection. The app shows Rigmint (rigmint.de) in its own window.
For GPU temperature, clock and power draw, an NVIDIA driver, because those values come from nvidia-smi. On AMD and Intel cards they stay "not available" instead of zero. Frame rate and frame times are measured by the bundled PresentMon on any card.

The app does not show CPU temperature, on any machine. Windows has no reliable interface for it, and a wrong temperature would be worse than none.

What leaves your machine

Without your separate sharing permission, no measurements are sent to RigMint. With your voluntary permission, the application uploads measurement series and summaries after monitoring ends, including hardware, game and session details and the text version and time of sharing consent, linked to your account. Sharing requires fresh explicit permission after each application restart. Turning it off stops future uploads; this does not automatically delete data already uploaded. The privacy notice explains the details and deletion options. Window titles, inputs, browsing history, serial numbers and arbitrary file contents are not sent.
